Advanced Cancellation

If you need to cancel your tour booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Last-Minute Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, or no-shows, are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled tour date, subject to the following terms:

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, guide availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from approval
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
